CAPS Services primary focus is to provide ongoing Preventative Maintenance Services to all Critical Power Components and Batteries. CAPS offers broad multi-vendor services across the U.S. using an established network of highly skilled and trained Field Technicians.

Our comprehensive Service Agreements include:

• Tailored plans to fit every customers needs
• Two annual PM visits from a Field Service Technician
• Complete testing of all batteries with detailed reports
• 100% parts replacement warranty
• 24 hours a day 7 Days a week phone support
• Emergency onsite service 365 days a year

All systems current operational state must be validated during the first PM visit from our Field Technicians. Any equipment in need of repair service of any kind must be completed and meet all manufacturer’s specifications requirements before Service Plan and parts warranty goes into effect. Batteries and labor costs to replace batteries is at no time covered under the CAPS Service Agreements.

Battery Replacement

CAPS specializes in Battery Replacement. We will recommend only the best Batteries used in today’s market and will provide discounted costs with long term 100% warranty replacement plans.

We carry a wide Range of Batteries and Battery Packs for all brands of small UPS’s in use. Call us with your UPS model number and we will provide you a quote. All Battery Packs come with a complete Full 3 Year 100% Warranty Replacement.
